For Supervisors

How countersignature works

Supervisors and LAMEs receive sign-off requests directly in their eLog66 app. They review the task details and any evidence the trainee uploaded, then approve using TOTP (6-digit authenticator code) or their device biometric.

The countersignature is cryptographically linked to the task record — timestamped, tied to the supervisor's CASA licence number, and fully auditable. No paper, no scanning, no delays from supervisors being off-site.
